Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy


Tour Cancellation and Date Change Policy

  • Customers must notify us of cancellations or date changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.

Refund Policy for Tour Cancellation or Date Change

  • Tour Cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.
  • Tour Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, unless the cancellation is due to a weather-related issue or other valid reason.

Tour Date Change

  • With at least 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
  • With less than 24 hours’ notice: A change fee will apply. If the new tour date is fully booked and we are unable to secure a spot, we will not offer a refund.

Tour Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions

  • The local service provider and authorities will assess weather conditions daily. If the tour is canceled due to weather, we will provide a full refund, or you can reschedule.
  • If the authorities permit the tour to proceed but the customer chooses not to participate, no refund will be issued.

Important Note:

  • We cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with the service, as we are still responsible for compensating our tour service providers.
