– If we need to cancel your booking, usually due to poor weather conditions, we will notify you via email and provide a 100% refund.
– If you need to cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the tour, you can cancel or change your booking and receive a full refund.

You can check your booking details in the confirmation email sent to the address you provided when making the reservation on our website.
We will confirm your booking immediately. Once your payment is verified, your reservation is considered complete. You can use your E-Ticket by showing the booking code from the confirmation email we sent you to the tour staff.
We will send you a confirmation email once you have submitted your payment receipt by replying to the same email you received when you made your booking.
Yes, however, when booking, please fill in all information completely and correctly.
No, you do not need to create an account with us. Simply fill in the required information for your booking and complete the payment to finalize your reservation.
We have 2 options to make a payment:
1. Transfer money to Kasikorn Bank account, account number 122-3-75110-1, Mr. Singha Chawankul.
Once transferred, please send the slip via the booking email in order to comfirm a reservation by replying the confirmation email.
2. Pay through the tour counter “AonangChokdee Travel and Tour” locate in front of ‘The Palace Ao Nang Resort Hotel’ (maps). Please contact ‘Khun Ann’, Tel: 065 394 1644 or WhatsApp: +66 65 394 1644 to make a payment via the tour counter. Credit card accepted.
The payment must complete at least 24 hours before the trip starts, then the tour reservation will be considered complete
- If you paid via direct transfer, you will receive a refund within 1–3 business days after your cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be sent to the same account used for the original payment.
- If you paid at the Tour Counter, whether by cash or credit card, your refund will be issued in cash only.
Yes, you can pay by credit card using two options:
- Bank Transfer via Money Transfer Providers: You can pay to our bank account using providers like Wise. (Please note that additional fees may apply. Check with your bank and provider for details.)
- On-site Payment at Our Tour Counter in Ao Nang: You can pay by credit card directly at our tour counter. An additional fee of 4% of the total price will apply for on-site credit card payments.
You can upload your payment receipt by replying to the booking email. Once we receive it, we will respond to confirm your tour booking.
We do not add any extra administrative fees to activity bookings. However, depending on your bank, you may incur international transaction fees if payment is not made in the card’s local currency. We recommend checking with your bank for details.
If you’re paying via Wise or other money transfer providers, additional fees might apply. Be sure to review fees with both your bank and any providers you use.
Note: We currently do not accept PayPal.
Your payment information is protected by encryption from a secure and reliable third-party payment system. We do not store your credit card information during or after any transaction.
If you choose to save your card information Your payment card details are encrypted and stored securely within our payment system by a third party. It will then be sent directly to your bank for approval.
You must notify us of cancellations or date changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
– Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund.
– Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund, unless due to weather-related issues or other valid reasons.

Adding participants
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add guests after the booking has been confirmed.
If the activity you booked is a refundable activity and is within the free cancellation period You can cancel your booking and make a new booking. Please check the cancellation and refund policy for the activity.
Deleting a participant
If the activity you booked is a refundable activity and is within the free cancellation period You can edit your booking and submit a partial refund request for the guest(s) you wish to remove from your booking. Please check the cancellation and refund policy for the activity.
If your booked activity is within the free cancellation period, But you cannot cancel. Please contact customer service.
- You can request a booking change by messaging us via email or WhatsApp.
- Changes with at least 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
- Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice: A change fee will apply. If the new tour date is fully booked and we cannot secure a spot, especially during high season, no refund will be provided.
